Marc Rome - Director Co/founder is originally from the Border of Scotland. After attending art college in Cardiff, Wales, he decided to explore other possibilities. This exploration allowed him to train at the BBC as a digital cameraman, make documentary films in Africa and live and work in the arts in Switzerland for many years.

Shane Finan - European & South American manager is an artist and project manager from Sligo, Ireland. He holds a BA in Fine Art (IT Sligo 2009) and an MSc in Interactive Digital Media (Trinity College Dublin 2013), and has certificates in TEG Irish Language (TEG, Maynooth University, 2017) and High Impact Leadership (Irish Management Institute, 2018).
He has exhibited throughout Europe, and in China and the USA. He has been awarded grants by The Arts Council of Ireland, Culture Ireland, Sligo Arts Office, Trinity College Dublin, Visual Artists Ireland, Enterprise Ireland and the European Union. He has completed residencies in Ireland, Iceland, the UK and the USA. His management experience includes 3-year research project Slándáil and 2-year commercialisation project FÍOSÍN, both run from Trinity College Dublin. He coordinated and ran art spaces and conferences including Rough Draft Design & New Media Conference (2013-14), Push Remote Studios and Gallery (2009-11) and ArtMart Studios and Gallery (2009-12). Shane's artworks relate to place and society - his current interests include ecological change and the effects of technology on landscape. He has been a member of the Gstaadfilm team since 2013. Annie Holland - Festival Photographer is an artist, educator and photographer from Ireland. She has travelled and lived in many locations around the world. A love of languages enables her to converse in Irish, English, Spanish, Japanese and a little of other Western European tongues.
She is a campaigner on environmental issues, specifically relating to useage of single-use plastics.
